Event Rental Terms & Conditions
By completing your reservation, checking the agreement box, and submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth below. Agreement to these terms is required to confirm and proceed with your booking.
1. Security Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 72+ Hours Prior: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event start time will receive a full refund of the security deposit.
- Cancellations Less Than 72 Hours Prior: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event start time will result in the immediate forfeiture of the security deposit.
2. Payment Terms & Processing Deadlines
- Full Balance Deadline: The total balance for your rental order must be paid in full no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event time.
- Bank Processing Lead Time: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure payments clear on time. If your bank or payment method requires additional processing time, you must submit payment far enough in advance so that funds are completely cleared by the 24-hour deadline.
- Non-Payment: Failure to settle the full balance at least 24 hours prior to the event may result in automatic cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the security deposit.
3. Equipment Care, Damage, & Missing Items
- Proper Usage: Rented items must be used solely for their intended purpose. Do not modify, attach tape, glue, staples, or make alterations to any rental equipment.
- Cleanliness & Return: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Excessively dirty, stained, or damaged items will incur additional cleaning or replacement fees.
- Damage & Loss Responsibility: The customer assumes full liability for equipment loss, theft, or damage during the rental period. Repair or full replacement costs will be billed to the payment method on file.
4. Delivery, Setup, & Site Preparation
- Site Readiness: The delivery location must be clear, clean, and accessible (free of clutter, debris, and pet waste) prior to arrival.
- Authorized Representative: An adult (18+) must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the equipment and confirm receipt.
5. Weather Policy & Safety
- Outdoor Events: The customer is responsible for providing appropriate shelter or backup arrangements in the event of rain, wind, or extreme weather.
- Safety Cancellations: In cases of severe or unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds or severe storms), the business reserves the right to delay or withhold setup of certain outdoor equipment to ensure safety.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The customer assumes all operational risk and responsibility for the safe use of all rented items. The business is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, property damage, or accidents that occur during the rental period.
